Initial Consultation Process

Initial consultations at Lee Psychology cost £30 and last approximately an hour.

Step 1: Scheduling Your Appointment

To begin your journey with Lee Psychology, the first step is scheduling an appointment. You can arrange this by e-mail or by calling our mobile phones directly. Once we have agreed a time and date for your appointment, you should go to our shop page and pay the £30 initial consultation fee to.

Step 2: Completing Intake Forms

Prior to your initial consultation, you will need to complete our intake form. This form provides essential information about your medical history, current health, and specific mental health concerns. This information is crucial for tailoring our approach to meet your individual needs.

Step 3: Discussing Your Mental Health Concerns

During your initial consultation, you will meet with one of our experienced therapists to discuss your mental health concerns. This conversation is a vital part of the process, allowing you to express your feelings, challenges, and goals in a supportive environment.

Attending, Re-Arranging and Non-Attendance

Attending:

Please try to be on time for your initial consultation. These initial consultations are scheduled into the clinic diary and block out the hour for you.

If you arrive 30 minutes late, for example, you will only have 30 minutes left in your alloted time slot before the next client arrive for their session with us.

Re-arranging:

We recognise that the best laid plans can often go pear-shaped!

If you need to re-arrange your appointment time once it has been scheduled into our diary, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we’ll be happy to offer alternative days and times.

Non-attendance:

Please be aware that if you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without giving us 24 hours notice, the £30 initial consultation fee is non-refundable.

The fee is used to cover the lost hour that your therapist was waiting for you to attend.
