What is Personal Coaching?

Personal Coaching is an applied psychology process designed to help you develop new strategies in all areas of your life, including your work, home, social and personal relationships.

Whatever it is you want to achieve, we can help you to identify and modify any pre-existing self-limiting paradigms that are getting in your way.

It is an increasingly popular way to help people who want to strike a better balance between all of the competing demands that contemporary life involves.

Although Personal Coaching is often used to help people overcome their own personal barriers, most people seeking a personal coach do so to expand their range of possibilities and skills.

The purpose of the coaching process is to help you to develop greater levels of personal insight into your current thinking so that you can cope more adaptively.

In this respect, there may be very little difference between Personal Coaching, Life Coaching and Counselling in terms of what happens during sessions.


What Happens During Personal Coaching Sessions?

Our personal coaching course is based on research supported applied psychology along with the foundational principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). and is called the CORE programme.

The course takes place over 12 sessions which are held at the Lee Psychology offices in Wombourne, is highly structured to build-up layers of knowledge and skills in a systematic and incremental way.

In between each session you will be studying our online training materials.

This scientifically proven protocol defines the stages of behaviour change that you need to go through in order to achieve long lasting and sustainable change.
