I just wanted to say thank you for your time and support over the last couple of months.

I feel that working through your programme has helped me on more levels than I had expected and has enabled me to have a different perspective on ‘life’.

So my aim now is to grow that and allow the real me to shine.

That sounds so gushy when I read it back, but I think you’ll know what I mean – I just don’t yet have the vocabulary to explain it yet!

I “broke the rules” yesterday in a small way.
