Emetophobia Quiz

This Emetophobia quiz allows you to find out how ‘severe’ your fear of being sick is and is based on 30 self-assessment questions within three distinct psychological domains.

These domains are:

  1. Fearful cognition about being sick.
  2. Safety and avoidance behaviours.
  3. Concerns about social evaluation.

The Emetophobia Quiz is also useful for measuring any improvements made by comparing the initial results against those following a course of psychological therapy.

(This quiz was originally developed by Rob Kelly creator of the Thrive Programme).
