CORE Programme Single Session
One single session of applied psychology based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the Behaviour Change Framework.
The CORE programme is an advanced change programme that focuses on the exploration, understanding and modification of the core beliefs embedded within a person's internal working model of the world around them.
Over a period of three months, the programme seeks to help participants develop new ways of making sense of their experiences in order to manage their emotions in more useful ways and is delivered according to the latest research on the science of behaviour change.
All of the principles, tools and methods contained in the programme are based on sound scientific research and are proven to be effective in ameliorating mental health problems, mental disorders and phobias.
